Warranty Policy:

DO NOT attempt to repair or modify any mechanical or electrical parts of this fan. Doing so will VOID this warranty.

  1. 1.This warranty applies Only to the original owner of the PGF.


  1. 2.This warranty Only applies to the repair or replacement of any of the manufactured parts of the PGF. Cynwark Corp reserves the right to determine if repair or replacement is warranted.


  1. 3.Operating the PGF under conditions or usage not specified in the warnings, instructions, or care directions, or attempts to repair or modify the fan in anyway will render this warranty void.


  1. 4.Unless other wise prescribed by law, Cynwark Corp will not be liable for any personal injury, property or incidental or consequential damage of any kind (including water damage) resulting from defects, malfunctions, defects,improper installation or alterations of this product.


  1. 5.All parts of the PGF are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Return Policy:

Any items that have been altered or damaged cannot be accepted for return.


Returns without a return authorization code, and improperly packed or uninsured will be refused upon receipt.


Once our Quality Assurance Department has received and accepted the PGF, your refund will be processed immediately.

To return the PGF to Cynwark Corp., follow these 4 steps:

1.    Get your return authorization code. Call 1-888-938-6672 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code in the form provided.

2.    Package your return.

3.    Write the return authorization code on the box.

4.    Insure your PGF.

Refund Policy:

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.


Return shipping will be paid by CYNWARK Corporation for all Warranty and 10 Day Money Back Online Purchase Guarantee returns. If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a CYNWARK Corporation error or warranty issue, the cost of the shipping will be paid by you.



Cancelation Policy:

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. When you receive the PGF you will need to follow the standard Return Policy to receive a refund.



Delivery / Shipping Policy:

Service Standard: All orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmation: Upon successfully submitting your order, you will immediately see a thank you page containing your order number and order details, which you should print for your records. After ordering, you will also receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

Shipping Methods: This site provides a variety of shipping methods-each Storefront Client will determine available shipping options. Standard shipping methods supported are:

Backorders: This site supports backorder processing. Your ability to place a backorder for out of stock product is determined by the policy of the individual Storefront Client.
